Fit to Play!

GREAT NEWS!!    ’Fit-to-Play’, our annual workout series is back!   From Saturday 29^th January for the next five weeks, we are going to put you through a work out to get you ready for Carnival Monday and Tuesday!   Starting at the Bottom of Lady Chancellor Hill, we’re going to do some yoga and stretching. Then, we’re moving up the Hill with the Big Trucks and live artistes to keep the stamina going.  At the top, there will be sessions of Tae Bo, aerobics, and lots more throught the series.   Thanks to our sponsors B-mobile, Lucozade, Nestle and Unilever, we will be rewarding our participants with great giveaways for Most Improved, Best Male and Best Female!   So all fit enthusiasts, we’re meeting at the bottom of Lady Chancellor Hill this Saturday 29^th January at 4.00 pm sharp.
